Avoiding the customer, late and incorrect delivery

After placing order, absolutely no feedback from Ucan excepting when initiated from my side. Eventually received units after 18 w/days when promised 10. Was promised delivery "sometime during the day". No time given - units arrived at 16h00. Short delivered counter top and feet and handles. At no stage was I told that I had to supply feet and handles, or given them, although I had paid Ucan for them. I was told I had to collect them and on requesting that they be ready for me (fitter was waiting for them), they were not ready. Nor then did they have sufficient stock of what I had ordered and paid for. Now the units have been installed, I have been supplied with vegetable racks which don't fit into the cupboard Ucan supplied. Go figure! Bad customer service, no communication, late delivery, short delivery, lack of attention to detail, don't care attitude. The only shining light is the fitter who is excellent. Good value for money product but terrible at backend processes. Come on Ucan, you simply have to get your house in order.
