on the 9th of May we approach Ucan at Westgate for a full kitchen unit set, we spoke a sales person name Tshepo and on the 10th he called us and told us that our unit was designed and the Price is R15 129 excluding handles and transport cost. so we went and we immidiatly loved the unit and agreed to purchase the unit. on the 23 of May we did pay the full amount for the unit the transport and handles, to our supprised they told us that the price did not include the sink set, so we paid extra for the sink as well.
we are not happy with whole service coz 1 Ucan told us that they will deliver the unit on 27/05/2013 and we have to demolish the cupboards that we had before that date so we did as instructed and they only came to deliver on the 3rd of June so the whole time we sat on the messy house. 2 Tshope did not tel us the the pric e we were paying exclude the instalation fee so we had to pay extra R2400 for that, 3 they did not tell us that the unit price does not include the tops but the product that he showed us had top on. 3 we paid for the sink and still today the sink is not yet delivered to us so we kept on calling and got promise that we will received but to this day nun.
