My mother made a purchase of doors and frames from the Builders Warehouse Rustenburg (Waterfall Mall) on the 11th Jan 2013.
She was told that these items would be delivered within a week of purchase and now, three weeks later, delivery still hasn't been made and no one has had a courtesy of calling and giving her reasons for the delay. This is despite her physically going back to the store to enquire about the delivery delay. The poor service is very disappointing.
