We have had out house walls and roof painted by Permatex, and have been very happy with the results. However our roof has started peeling and as it is still within the warranty period, we called them and asked them to come and repair. This happened in October last year and everytime we call we are told that Johan will call us back, that he is very busy. If a warranty if offered on workmanship, it should be honoured as it is part of the criteria on which we made our decision to have the work done by this particular company. It is not acceptable that we need to chase them to do what was promised originally
