Permatex. was invited to quote on re-doing the ripple effect on our house walls, as well as repainting/waterproofing the exterior (including sanding & re-varnishing of window frames). they confirmed, in their formal quotation that all works would be complete within three weeks - from date of order (which was three weeks.
they started on the house 15/08/13, to date 07/11/13 they are still not finished with the interior, as they could not get the ripple effect correct & were 'forced' to skreet the walls, at an additional cost to the client. it take their team about on average 5 guys, 4 days to complete one room. regardless of the type of job i.e. skreet/sand/paint, they have absolutely no sense of urgency or direction for that matter. if the manager is not on site with them the entire day, they do not work. of which the manager only pitches to site once every 2 weeks. with zero communication to the client, we cannot get hold of Johan at all, since they started working. he does not respond to emails/return calls, reply to text messages. his office doesn't come back to you either. there is just excuse after excuse. there has been damage to my property & household items
