We had our house outside and roof painted by permatex, after a stressful period it was done and looked nice, that was in 2011, in 2013 the house paint is starting to come off and after endless emails last year and phone calls that Mr Steenekamp in in meetings or busy we are still waiting for just a phone call or someone to come out and see what the problem is, It is now 2014 and every time i phone Mr Steenekamp is in a meeting and he will phone back, we have a 10 year guarantee on exterior walls so it not that i am being unreasonable. if we had know the after service would be this bad we would of gone with another company. well heres holding thumbs that we will get some service through hello peter.
