We had our back place built by Victor and his guys. In the beginning, we were promised 10 days on site. (which didn't happen due to weather).
Once the job was done, it started leaking. I've been calling Victor since October and every time he promises to cime around and have it fixed, nothing happens.
Victor honestly doesn't care about after sales.
It's all about the money, his own time and that's it.
