Zero Management, every visit a disaste

How is it possible that EVERY single visit to KFC Florida results in my meal/order being incomplete. These are a list of my previous visits:
1) we have now 4 times received an incomplete orders - food missing from order (this has happened three times)
2) Do not give toys, serviettes, straws, you have to remind them
3) I once ordered two Hawaiian rounders, came home and they bread, pineapple, salad, and NO CHICKEN
4) In December 2012, the cashier processed my credit card multiple times, I am still the one who has to fight with the bank because KFC's answer is "Eish, sorry."
5) Clearwater, Weltevreden and other stores are preferred, but why must i travel further for Florida branch's incompetence.
6) Again tonight, i placed an order. When it was passed to me, I specifically rattled off the order to the man at the window, checking that everything was there. I was assured it was... AGAIN, I have come home with an incomplete order!!!
When you phone the store because your order is incomplete, you are always told "Eish, sorry, can you come back? ". I REFUSE!!! I have spoken to Bongi at least three times. This clearly tells me that this store is mismanaged, Where is Yvonne vd Walt?
