On two occasions now in succession Buco Uitenhage have now made incomplete deliveries of building materials that I bought to me.
The quality of some of the materials were bad.
Service and reaction to requests were slow and poor.
The above incomplete deliveries have left me R1425.00 out of pocket to date in that I have hired a builder and 2x helpers last weekend and this weekend to do home improvements at my property but due to the incomplete deliveries the work could not be done as scheduled. Because I've already committed to have them do the work I were obliged to pay them for a day and a half as we agreed. The 10 lengths of 228x38mm SA Pine rafters delivered were extremely bend but I had to use them as to mitigate some of the cost of hiring the builder and helpers last weekend.
I've spend year to date in excess of R20 000.00 at buco and feel I deserve better service.
