I phoned kwikot on the 29/7/2013 just before 11 and spoke to Sibongile about the problem i had. There was a pressure control valve replaced by my house on the 26/10/2011 and it packed up again. I then got plumbers out to look what was wrong and they told me that this valve had a 2 years warranty. I spoke to Sibongile 2 days back and still no one phoned me back. My water is running continuously. Now shes telling me that she did not receive any paperwork from me ive got the sent confirmation report and it shows it was sent on the 29/7/2013 at 11:09. Now i must drive out my petrol again pay to sent n fax again just because she misplaced the paperwork??? I asked to speak to a manager and got a voicemail of a supervisor or someone. Is there no one that can sort this out asap??? who's going to pay for all this water thats wasting? ME???
