We ordered blinds in Mid November from Top Carpets and Floors in Lynnridge mall Pretoria. Round about the 10th of December the installer came to fit the blind only to realise that they do not fit. The installer informed me that the person who took the measurements (Tienie) made a mistake and they will have to remake them in the new year. we contacted TC early in January. Lynnwood told us to contact the Atterbury branch, Atterbury told us to contact Lynnwood, Lynnwood now told us they need to find the installer first. Last week Friday i insisted that Tienie come and measure the windows again and sort this out as soon as possible. I contacted him today (Tuesday) and he told me again that he cannot get hold of the installer. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. Either you order a new set of blinds or you reimburse me my money
