First time in this company premises. They sell paints and wall coatings and flooring products.
Owner of the franchise was evasive about training courses, head office contact details and just bad service, including the counter staff.
Would not sell me the product unless I signed an indemity letter absolving them of product failure. Insisted I use their approved applicator.
Their approved applicator only replied after 3 emails sent and 2 sms text messages and a phone call. Then his price was exhorbitant.
I eventually did the work myself. Walls completed and looking good. Went in to the shop to buy the flooring product, paid and was told no stocks I must wait 10 days.
No instructions or spec sheets aavailable. I had to go back to the shop twice before the phone number of their supplier was given to me to obtain the spec sheets.
Shop staff are rude and arrogant and liars.
Recently found out that training courses are available locally and take just a phone call to arrange.
