All need training in customer service asap

I shop at mr.price quit often, I have an account with them in good faith all I expect from them naturally is excellent service when I need it or ask for it.these staff who looks under age an seem to be drunk still most weekends when I do go shop there are so rude an ignorant not one person could assist me fully with an ongoing query I had.then when I wanted to purchase a wedge that I so adored an it was the last pair in my size on display a staff member told me they can't sell it cos its damaged! excuse me! I'm paying so who cares! why put it on with all the otther shoes if u don't intend on selling it! the cashiers omw can't even do an exchange properly I'm so sick of this! they waste my time, train your staff accordingly and please please tell them to be more nice and not work hang over its disgusting! I shop as a therapy I do not needd their grumpiness
