Lack of action on credit note and correct invoice

I am a medical practitioner and use the services of Compass waste, to remove medical waste and supply containers for the medical waste.
I placed an order 26/2/2013 via e-mail to Sandy at [Email Removed]
On 4/3/2013 DN 92158 Compass incorrectly delivered 25LT Lock Lid-Base/Lid x 4, not ordered by me.
My receptionist phoned Sandy (Compass Gauteng) and Compass came to collect the incorrectly delivered items.
Myself and my receptionist have sent e-mails and made numerous calls to Magdeline and Paula, but to date have not received a credit note and correct invoice. We have record of at least five phone calls. It has been three months now.
I received an Outstanding Account notice 16/5/2013 and Final Notice - Outstanding Account 3/6/2013 from Compass. I will pay what I owe Compass but need a correct invoice and credit note.
On 4 June I e-mailed MD of Compass Mr Ian du Randt to get the problem sorted. He assured me telephonicaaly and by e-mail that it will be sorted by end of business on the same day.
The problem has not been sorted and it is now 5 June.
I would appreciate it if you can help me to get this sorted.
