HelloPeter has reports on Frank Molyes & his bad attitude, but we gave him a chance anyway.
Upon "completion" of the job I met Frank to discuss some areas of concern (not everything in the quote had was done), when I queried him on the visual aspect of one of the sections of roof that had been replaced, he got very angry & in a raised voice informed me that the visual appearance was not included, & when we asked him why he as the professional in this field, had not informed us how bad it would look, he got very abusive. He was shouting loudly, swearing, & verbally abusing us. He stormed out of the house while continuing to shout & swear at us, & informed us that he would send someone else to come & finish the job as he refused to deal with us.
All we want is for the job to be finished to the high quality & professional manner in which it is stated in their code of ethics on their website so that we can pay them the rest of their money & conclude business with them.
I would NOT recommend dealing with this company or Frank Moyles, as he is verbally abusive, shouts and swears at you & he refuses to deal with women.
