Any one that wants to use this company please beware. I contacted this company for a quote and they gave a reasonable quote and explained everything and added other jobs they would do for our home such as sorting out our gutters and windows etc.
We were quite pleased and also confirmed with them pictures received from another company to confirm they would see to all the issues on the roof. The owner Frank advised that he would and knew what to do.
After receiving 50% of the whole job, they arrived, and when I questioned as to why they were starting on the ceiling and not the roof as if it rained the ceiling would be damaged, Frank got angry and asked his workers to leave the property.
After liasing with Liz the secretary she arranged for the men to come sort the roof out. They took a few days to come and on calling Frank he said they would not come as it was going to rain, but it was sunny and warm and the weather report even did not predict rain. They took our extra roof tiles away from the property on inspection of our cameras but the workers said they used all, and after questioning Frank as to why he said he did extra work but its a complete as the roof is not even done
