I have a five month old girl and winter is coming, I wanted to ensure her room is temperature controlled. I decided on Air conditioning Hospital because of the fact that they could do the installation on Wednesday last week. Richard's quote was not the cheapest also the quote did not include VAT and the invoice did??? - rather devious. I paid R15000 deposit (more than the required 50%) within 10 minutes after receiving the invoice. The Tuesday they phoned me and said they are running late, it made me nervous as the arrangement was only for the following day... I requested an E.T.A for Wednesday and only after a couple of hours and my girlfriend phoning them they committed to 9:30 AM Wednesday. Wednesday 9:00 AM same story they phoned me and said that they are running late, I requested to speak with Richard he confirmed that they also won't be able to finish the installation on the same day. We got into a heated discussion I proposed he either come and finish the installation properly the same day or pay my deposit of R15000 back to me. To my amazement he opted to pay the deposit back the following day. Richard Judge still owes me R15000. I will commence legal action.
