Poor Service

I applied for building material on the 18.12.2013. I then requested the goods to be transferred to Mogwase branch. I paid R14 160.00. I haven't received the material even to date. When I enquire about my goods, they take from pillar to post. I very angry with the service that has been provided for me so far an I have paid for the goods
