Goods over charged by greater that 50%

I bought building material. I was charged approximately R 45 000. Later it was discovered that the actual price of the goods purchased was approximately R 25 000. Cashbuild (Newcastle) management did not have decency to call me and apologies. I happened to find out by accident when I went to buy additional building material. On Sunday the 17th of November 2013 I gave them all the required documentation to refund me the difference. They promised that the money will be in my bank account within 3 days. Today is the 22nd of November 2013 I have not received my money
