I recently logged a complaint about some drills bits that I recently purchased from Builders ware house, Glen Eagles Branch. I returned them on Thurs and obtained a full refund.

Just a quick note to say thanks to the team that was involved in resolving my complaint. I did not get the lady's name from head office, thanks for your persistence and follow ups made back to check if the complaint has been resolved.
