Trusting in a company online without seeing their goods is a huge mistake I made this past week and have been entirely taken for a ride.
We paid R 9, 800 for my daughter's birthday doll house surprise and get delivered a doll house, consisting of wafer thin and split wood that in an assembled state the walls are bendable, there are holes and cracks everywhere in the wood and glass of the window has paint all over it.
I have been waiting for a response on my mail for days and on calling Beatrice today, she advised she is not allowed to give the owner's name out. How dodgy can a company be when they can't give the owner's name, never mind contact details.
I am taking legal action and writing in every commentary log and sending articles to the papers so that I get refunded.
I get given the excuse that the holes and cracks were not there before delivery yet they have paint over them so obviously they were there before their guys painted the woods. The audacity of the is what makes me fume even more.
In Europe/States this house would be written off as hazardous for children because of the risk of it collapsing due to the terrible quality.
Don't do business with these guys!
