I just wish to say that i'm sorry we gave clinton jacoby of panorama projects the benefit of the doubt. Only after we had employed him to do renovations to our house did we see the reports about him and his company on hello peter.By then it was too late because we had already given him the deposit and after speaking to him about this he re-assured us that he was a changed man and he acknowledged he was one of 'those' builders but was not anymore. He comes across as charming and sincere and often tells tales of his poor personal life and gets you to feel sorry for him, thus getting us to part with more money. Yes we were gulliable but only because we are nice people. To cut a long story short, we too paid for renovations which he did not complete and the stuff he did do was of poor quality. I think we may be one of the luckier ones because our work was at least 90 percent finished. He also made promises on a daily basis, he was always coming 'tomorrow' and when asked where he was he had an excuse every time. He dosnt answer his phone anymore but we get a sms saying he'll phone us later which of course he never does. I agree with all the reports about him and say DO NOT EMPLOY HIM!
