On Monday the 9th I hired a machine from BrianTailsman Blairgowrie. I returned the machine in good time they debit you R1200 and meant to credit you the balance when tool is returned. When I checked my statement instead of crediting me R900 they debited me again total R1800.i phoned brian he said that I should email my bankdetails he wouls do a eft immediately. a week later no credit When I phoned him this morning he gives me a story that he did not get my mail. I asked him why he did not phone me as I have proof that mail was sent all he can say is that he handed it to accounts he does not deal with accounts, what a pathetic franchise I cant belive that shuch an incompetent person can run a business DONT USE TAILSMAN
