We contacted Medallion last year November to have a pool installed. In the beginning things went very well with the design and style agreed without issues.
Once the basic pool shape was completed I was worried about the depth of the pool as the deep end was meant to be 1.6m and with my measurements the only part that came close to that was the very end of the pool that came to 1.5m with the pool only being 1.2m when a meter away from the deep end wall.
I asked the guys to flatten out the deep end and went to work, only to receive a phone call from Johan later shouting at me and telling me not to order his guys around? After a heated conversation he finally agreed to finish the pool.
Now the pool is finished and appears to have a leak, I'm charged R500 for them to come look at it only to receive a snotty email from Johan stating there is no leak even though he never came on site and yet the guy who did come on site can't confirm there is no leak.
the pump is blowing air into the pool and the pool light has stopped working already and isn't flush with the wall..
I'm now looking for a real pool company to fix their mess, all because of his attitude problem.
