Some years ago we bought a fairly expensive Kessebohmer kitchen storage system from this company. It was installed inside a tall kitchen unit by a private handyman, not by a Larson technician. Recently it collapsed, making the cupboard housing it unusable, which meant we had no storage for all our groceries. Panic! I phoned Larson, they sent out a technician (a distance of probably some 25 km), who showed us that the unit had been wrongly installed and that this had caused a mounting component to break, replaced the component, and reinstalled the unit (correctly, this time), This took him about 45 minutes. His manager phoned a little later to check whether I was satisfied and when I asked him how much we owed for the service provided, told me there was no charge! This is service beyond the call of duty.
