Overcharged, Poor service & delays

Made payment today of R3870, includes balance of R2200 as per original quote plus additional R820 for additional materials purchased & R850 for the removal of tiles incorrectly laid. This does not include the additional R1200 already paid for the second set of tiles required because of the damage done to the first set. This tiling job has cost me double in materials & labour simply because of your oversight. The layout of the tiles was confirmed with you on 10 November when you visited the premises, & was again confirmed telephonically with you on 20 November yet you still chose to ignore it. Before any of the additional costs were incurred, your lack of professionalism, empty promises with regard to getting the job done is reason enough for my complete disgust. Your contract stated that the work would commence upon receipt of the deposit but this didn't happen either. The deposit was paid on Monday 11 November 2013. You only commenced work on Tuesday 19 November 2013 despite having told me that you would commence on 12 or 13 November. This job which you said would take only a day or two ended taking almost 3 weeks & incurred a host of personal additional expenses due to delays.
