I was totally blindsided and appalled to hear the person whom is to be the "VOICE AND FACE OF A BUSINESS" speak to any person in this disrespectful, rude and no comprehension of professionalism at all, if a business is not interested in any offering from companies there is absolutely nothing wrong in declining any offers however to place a business goodwill and reputation since establishment in such disregard is totally unacceptable no matter what the issue at hand. I will definitely be spreading the word on this company and its disregard for any call coming through which could have been huge business since we have so much facilities that needs maintenance ourselves
