Reported a problem with cracks in my pool in January 2013. Filled in all the necessary documents. Leisure Pools advised that they had a problem with a backlog and that I must just be patient and that I would be assisted in July. July came and went and I contacted them again and they advised August. Once again I had to be the one to follow up and empty promises were made. Sent numerous e-mails and made numerous phone calls with the promise that Leisure Pools would get back to me. Needless to say, I am still waiting...
