Leisure pools - Service please!

In September 2012 I noticed air bubbles forming underneath the Fiberglas surface of my pool.

I reported the issue to Leisure pools Pietermaritzburg and was informed by Stephen that they are investigating similar issues with other clients and will give me feedback on the issue and how to proceed to having my pool fixed.

A year later and having made several phone calls and e-mails I was still no closer to having an answer to my issue.

By then the bubble problem has become so severe that they were bursting open and exposing raw fiberglass patches.

After ranting and raving I was eventually referred to the Pretoria Regional Manager Dee Jacobs. He explained to me that there were similar issues in the past and that they would assist me in repairing my pool and that I would have to carry half of the cost which I was happy to do (not so anymore).

Since my first conversation with Dee in September 2013 to date I have not been able to progress with this claim as I am seemingly getting the runaround from Regional Manager and team.

Service please Leisure Pools - May I please have my pool fixed a year and a half later??
