I signed up for a house in with this Cosmopolitan Projects, Southgate Mall (011) 942 2048, Manager Philani Cele 083 493 6868, got a loan from Absa, was required to pay a R21000 deposit because I didn't qualify for a 100% home loan, I was given banking details to pay in, I paid R19000, and when I went to see the Stand I realised I didnt like the size, shape and position of the stand, I raised my concerns and was promised they will find me a better stand, but no one ever got back to me, until I found another project,
So I decided to cancel the previous deal and ask for my money back,
Only to be promised Philani Cele would call me back, or he is in meetings or didnt not come to work, Many stories and excuses,
When he called me he told me he'll get back to me after working out the Cancellation fee, I dont know for what because this was never mentioned to me from the beginning, and the Cancellation is due to the fact that I'm Not happy with the stand and they kept me in the dark until I found another project,
I wasn't shown or told about any clause about Cancellation Fee, why only now that I want to to cancel do they bring this up?? I want my money so I can move on, they FAILED me!
