Purchased a staircase from Niven Thornhill owner of Stairs by [URL Removed] He came and installed half of the staircase and was gone for a month before coming to do some more work on it, and it has been 6 months later now and the job is still not completed. After what was done so far from Stairs by Peter we had to replace floor tiles and a window panel and repaint a whole wall due to damage caused by installation methods.

I recommend that Stairs by Peter should not be used if you need the job completed.
