I specifically choose this company because the sales rep Rudi said that he could sort the main room cupboards in my studio apartment to allow the bed to fit in comfortable. When I called him and text him after the installation he didn't get back to me and after a few days kept saying he would sort this out. Rudi also denied that the cupboards were supposed to have smaller depth to allow the bed to fit. Eventually when he came on the 5th day he tried to justify that the bed would fit and the person could angle in to access the cupboards. I reminded him that we discussed this looking at a clothes hanger and with a few cm this would be acceptable to me as this is for short term corporate rentals. When I tried to call the owners, John from the Weizter gave me an email address. I'm still waiting for the reply since yesterday morning. There was no reason for a room that has one third cupboards so the logic is clear especially as I bricked off a door for the bed to fit. Verbal discussion is clear & logical for any person with basic design knowledge.the sales person is lying clearly as he and every contractor working in the apartment knows the bed will be near the cupboards.
