Cant purchse electricity

I have never seen such a horrible service just to purchase electricity using your own money.
I recently built a new house in Ranburg, I moved in on the 29th of June 2013. when i moved in there was electricity in the house but later ran out of units, on the same day I moved in I called the bluddy call centre at between 11:am & 12:30Pm and had to hold on for over 30 minute & guess what, I was using my airtime and had to hold the line till I ran blue, finally when I got assistance they told me my metre box was activated, if it was activated initially why was my electricity on?
guess what i never had electrcity the whole weekend how Ironic is that, anyway i called again today the same thing happened this time I was told to wait 24 to 48hrs, i mean i never went to work to sort thuis mess out, i spoke to a lady by the name of Nomusa Zulu at 12:00hrs & I had to wait approximately 30 min, now who in his right mind would tolerate that!!! I mean I'm paying for it unlike PPL who doesnt even pay for electricity, to put the cheery on top I had to run around like a headless chicken using my own petrol, now you tell me who will re-emburse my airtime & petrol i will take this further.
