Unprofessional conduct

I was charged a courier fee for a parcel of fabric to be sent to me. The package was sent via ordinary mail instead at a cheaper fee. It arrived after 2 weeks. I requested a refund for the difference in the courier fee and ordinary mail and the response I received was shocking. After numerous attempts to contact her, Ingrid was rude and mocking in her emails. I was offended and astounded with the way she chose to deal with my request. Her professional attitude is highly lacking as she thinks it is appropriate to ridicule, mock and belittle a customer over the telephone / email.
