I am back again, no call from DIY, yet another promise that was not honoured, i was promised that the bricks will be delivered on Monday it is Thursday and no one knows where the bricks are. I am told it has been delivered at my home, guess what no bricks have been delivered.
i am so irritated it is not funny, i am being taken for a fool. Are they familiar with the service recovery process (LEAP). I have been driving to and phoning DIY Florida and i am not happy with their service.
No one has phoned me as promised and i am the one phoning and begging for service, kindly advise what is your atonement strategy for recovering from bad service that i have continually experienced and the cost of my petrol and telephone bill
Just deliver my stuff and i will never bother you again and i will find another supplier for other things that i need.
The next step i will escalate the complaint to the Ombudsman and provide me with the complaint reference number. Maybe, just maybe someone will take me serious
