JACK'S IRRIGATIONS AND BOREHOLE fitted irrigations at my house on the 02 October 2013 at a cost of R11 200.00 which has been paid to him in full, Now they are not working and i did ask him to test all of them if they are in a working condition... some zones were working some were not... He promised to come back the next day to finish off and he never did. I have been calling him on his cellphone and everytime i call he promisses to come the nextday... today is the 9th October, and his cellphone has been continuously off.
