I am a regular client at cashbuild, I have I bought from stores ranging from Dobsonville, north riding, aeroton, Gaborone and many more, the kind of experience I had with the Orange farm store was appalling. I went there on the 30th in the morning to buy building material, was promised a delivery on Wednesday. I only got my delivery at 12:30 pm after calling and complaining. When the delivery arrived the driver was instructed to keep the material off my grass. He disguarded the instructions and proceeded and put the material on the grass. I called the store on Saturday and spoke to Mike and was told that they would come removed the material from the grass, till today nothing has happend. This is my first complain and I wonder how many of my people experience this kind of service and never complain. I need the material removed off my grass and driveway ASAP please someone help
