No Delivery as promised

My sister Annastacia Theko purchased building material from cash build in Benoni she has been waiting for the delivery of the material and nothing seems to be happening, but her account is expected to be paid every month this is nonsense and i don't think she must be charged for delivery after the payments she keeps making to the contractors that keeps coming only to find no material. I would like this to be sorted out A.S.A.P
