On the 25 June 2013, I payed R 110 000.00 Cash, for the material that they promissed to deliver, Since I fall in the Zone 9 category their delivery takes 3 working days, on the 28 June I was expecting to receive material that I can use, unfortunately I have to call them everyday to fight with them to deliver my material. when I count the days the buidlers have stayed in my site with no material they are more then 8 days, but I am expected to pay them and make sure that they have something to eat. The sand supplier that they are using since they do not keep sand on their plant, is pathetic, rude and arrogant and supplying me with wrong crusher, He even have the audacity to tell me that I must pay him R3 500 to come and collect the wrong crusher, despite the fact that cashbuild has paid him. The reason I payed cash was so that the buiders finish and move out of my site, but now I find myself paying for people that have no material. maybe that was the mistake to pay for all the material in cash, they are inconsiderate when it comes to me they are looking for new customers now, BUY THE WAY THAT MONEY IS NOT FROM THE TENDERS OR ANY GOVERNMENT PROJECT, I work hard to pay my obligations
