Deposit and work not done

I paid a R4000 deposit to this person with promises of the job being done in two weeks. When pressure was put on him to deliver on his promise, he removed his materials, etc from site... left a mess on my pavement and is not responding to e-mails. Looks like it's off to court we go... will not let this stand even though most would walk away. Social responsibility... Cannot believe how some people can blatantly rip other people off... and sleep with themselves. Carma will get you Bruce!
