My sister (Yvonne Moletsane) acting on behalf of our family, paid deposit for building materials to GBS Bricks in 2011 & 2012. The building materials are for our mother's house expansion.
This year (2013) we raised money and paid cash (as per the latest invoice we got) for all the material we needed. Now, GBS Bricks is refusing to refund us the deposit we had paid, claiming a 'no-refund' policy which we were never informed of.
Can anyone out there please advice? Companies like these are used to ripping people off, especially people who cannot stand for themselves... Company website: [URL Removed]
