Two weeks ago, after a minor glitch with my order of paving bricks from Bosun Bricks, I did not get any joy to resolve the problem from the person that sold the bricks to me. A quick call to the CEO's PA and the problem was resolved super fast. I even got a call from the CEO to apologise and explain whet went wrong!
I wish more companies in South Africa had such awesome leadership!
