We had a solar geyser installed by the above mentioned joke of a company. About 1.5 years later There was some problem with the unit and a pipe needed replacing. I contacted the company and we waited days for the repair guys to arrive. Stuck with out hot water. They eventually arrive and fix the problem. I was informed that the issue or problem falls under the warentee and no bill was issued. 3 months later I request to have the unit serviced. They inform me that I have to pay for the service upfront and they will put me in a queue. So I did that and received a date a month later. The day they were scheduled to come do the service we received a call to inform us that a service was done when they replaced the pipe. This is untrue because I assited the guys to the roof and they only attended to the leaking pipe. And they with held my money. After fighting with them i was informed in writing i would be paid at the end of the month. When i emailed them I noticed my email has been blocked but I got through from another email address. This is and legal action will follow.
