Non delivery of agreed product

I live in a gated estate which the supplier knows well. He has supplied to many houses on the estate. Every single garage door is white or cream as per the estate rules. He came to measure the door and we discussed the colour required, agreeing that white was the best choice. I paid a 60% deposit for a new garage door. The supplier brought a BROWN garage door and then refused to replace the door until I have paid FULL PRICE in advance. This is simply unacceptable to out of line with every normal business practice. I do not recommend anyone use these people.
