Andre Louw from Garage door tronix Replaced my garage door springs with the incorrect springs which resulted in my door breaking again. Andre then refused to take any of my calls, emails or sms's requesting him to return and fix the problem. He then took a call from a number unknown to him and agreed to be at my house the following Wednesday. Andre thought it would be a great idea to just not arrive and not get back to me. I now sit with a door that won't open or close properly.
I think its a poor way to treat your customers, especially seeing as I have been more than patient in dealing with him.
I wish Andre NO success in his future business ventures.
