I ordered the product from Goplast in April 2013 and was promised that the product would be ready for collection in 2 weeks time. After about a month a followed up with an email. Again I was promised that the product would be ready in about 2 to 3 weeks. I contacted the business on a monthly basis by email and phone calls just to receive a very long explanation why the product is not read, but I am on the "priority list. Towards the end of September 2013 I called the owner of the CC Mr Gunther Vorster on 0828932017 with ID 7203305102082 and he promised he will investigate the matter and return to me within 2 to 3 hours. After about 5 hours I tried to call him on several times but he did not answer. I went to the manufacturing plant at 33 Smarag Road, Klerksoord and found him there. He did not even apologise for not phoning me back. I requested a refund of my EFT done in April 2013 and supplied him my bank details. Apparently he could not make the transfer without his wife Alet but promised to do it once at home. 2 days later and I have not received the transfer and he is not answering my calls. According the CIPC form he stays at Spanish Galliard street 16, Mooikloof.
