I needed an aluminium glass sliding door to be repaired.
Went to GumTree and saw Capital management service's ad
and sent them an email at - 8.00am
15 minutes later I had a call from Cleve Walters inquiring
about what I needed.
He gave me a quote then and there and said he would try to do
it the same day although they were quite busy
I assured him there's no real hurry
The quote was very reasonable
- 16.00h he phoned to ask if it was too late for his guys to come through
from Bedford view to Randpark Ridge - 1 hour
I assured him its o.k. and they arrived at 16.45h, worked until after six
and did an excellent job.
Very friendly, polite and professional staff, (even at that hour!)
He stuck to the quoted price and even threw in some extras which he
should have charged for
I wish them all the luck, not many of these guys around!!!
