On Monday morning SEBO came to clean two carpets at my home. I have used them twice before and was happy with their service. I prepaid by eft and when they were leaving they presented me with the invoice, which I signed. Later I discovered that my watch and earrings were missing as well as a bottle of aftershave. I contacted Maria by email but she is yet to phone or make contact with me. SEBO treats their customers with contempt and as a matter of principle this issue should be followed up. On the back of the invoice, which I did not notice, is a disclaimer which states: "PLEASE NOTE although the utmost care will be taken, we do not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of client's property (moveable or fixed) during cleaning operations performed by our staff". Be warned, if you can't watch these people yourself, there is no supervision and you will be vulnerable to, for which SEBO is not liable and couldn't care less.
