I called Bissessor Glass and Aluminium after hearing their advert on the radio. I spoke to Scampy (not very reputable) and was given a quote for 2 white Aluminium doors. I gave him the measurements of the doors telephonically but he insisted on coming to my home to measure. He also requested a 50% deposit. The quote was for R6000 and I gave a cash deposit of R2000.after receiving the deposit he claims he cannot supply white Aluminium doors at that price.i requested my deposit back and when I went to their premises like I was told to by Scampy I was screamed at and spoken to very badly by Scampy's daughter Serena. She threatened to deduct money for expenses incurred yet they claim on their website to offer an OBLIGATION FREE QUOTE.Their accreditation is. They r NOT SAGGA accredited. NOT SANA accredited. NOT SABS approved.they do NOT purchase Aluminium door products from WISPECO. I have still not received my DEPOSIT back. They are. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.THEIR AIM IS TO CUSTOMERS.THEY CANNOT SUPPLY WHAT THEY PROMISE.
