After few e-mail correspondence we ordered and per request paid by EFT costs plus courier costs amounting to a substantial amount for us as pensioners. We were advised that the goods would be delivered in approx 15 working days' time taking us to 26/9/2013 - A few days before said date we suddenly received an e-mail advising of a delay at the factory - various calls thereafter to Monique and Schalk Meintjies (the people we dealt with) were made and we have now been referred to Allet (Hattingh / Vorster) who is the bookkeeper at Goplast. We tried to phone her but only got a voice mail where we left a message - no reply, return of call or anything - this is very scary and no good business to say the least. This company apparently has been in business for 17 yrs but I see a big caution sign here.
